ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING

At Rhino, we have the ability to convert electronic files into digital images. A computer process converts the native electronic files into images that can be opened without having the application from which the files originated from. This allows the client’s information to be stored in a manageable system for easy review. During the conversion process Metadata is retained if it is needed to be delivered into a database.

Prior to the conversion process a number of options can be set to make the review process easier and faster. For example Microsoft Excel spreadsheets can be programmatically managed to:

Unhide columns/rows
Autofit columns/rows
Remove blank pages
Black/white printing

Some common converted native file types include:
Microsoft Outlook Emails
Lotus Notes Emails
PDF files
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Once electronic files are converted, there is a seamless production between documents that originated as hard copy paper and those that were electronic files.
